Fully Synthetic Surface Treatment Fluid

It is a synergistic combination of surfactants, corrosion inhibitors and EP additives.

It is a multi-purpose fully synthetic metalworking fluid and an excellent product used in CNC machines and the pipe industry.

Thanks to its detergent additives, it provides washing and chip removal properties.

Contains powerful biocides and fungicides that prevent the formation of bacteria and fungi.

Protects machined materials and production equipment for a long time thanks to its anti-corrosive additives.

It is resistant to hard water and has controlled foaming properties.

It does not contain nitrite, phenol or chlorinated compounds. It does not burn or produce smoke during operation.

Application Areas
It is used in drilling, milling, turning, boring, sawing, tapping, threading, grinding and pipe drawing operations.

Application
It is recommended to use at 5% by weight.

Shelf Life
It should be stored in its original packaging between 10°C and 40°C. Shelf life is 12 months.

20L, 30L, 60L plastic drums, 200L steel barrels or 1000L IBC.
