Mineral Oil Based Metal (Surface) Working Fluid

It is a synergistic combination of various surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, EP additives and mineral oils.

Forms a stable milky emulsion with water.

Thanks to its detergent additives, it has washing and chip removal properties.

Contains powerful biocides and fungicides that prevent the formation of bacteria and fungi.

Protects machined parts and production equipment for a long period thanks to its anti-corrosive additives.

It is resistant to hard water and has controlled foaming characteristics.

It does not contain nitrite, phenol or chlorinated compounds. The special lubricants in its structure extend the life of cutting tools.

It does not burn or produce smoke during operation.

Application Areas
It is used in drilling, milling, turning, boring, sawing, tapping, threading and pipe drawing operations.

Application
Depending on the hardness of the metal, an emulsion is prepared by adding 5–10% cutting fluid into water.

Shelf Life
It should be stored in its original packaging between 10°C and 40°C. Shelf life is 12 months.

20L, 30L, 60L plastic drums, 200L steel barrels or 1000L IBC.
