Mineral Oil Based Metalworking Fluid for Aluminum, Steel and Yellow Metals

It is a synergistic combination of various surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, EP additives and mineral oils.

It is suitable for use on aluminum and yellow metals.

Forms a stable milky emulsion with water.

It is resistant to hard water and has controlled foaming properties.

Contains powerful biocides and fungicides that prevent the formation of bacteria and fungi.

Does not contain nitrite, phenol or chlorinated compounds.

It does not burn or produce smoke during operation.

Application Areas
It is used in drilling, milling, turning, boring, sawing, tapping, threading and forming operations.

Application
Depending on process severity, it is used at a ratio of 5% to 10%.
Recommended applications: Aluminum alloys, low and medium alloy steels, high alloy steels.
Possible applications: Cast iron, yellow metals.

Shelf Life
It should be stored in its original packaging between 10°C and 40°C. Shelf life is 12 months.

Packaging
20L, 30L, 60L plastic drums, 200L steel barrels or 1L IBC.
